Casey of Camp Happy Days: “Camp Happy Days is a small nonprofit, with a small team of dedicated staff. Every dollar of our budget and hour of our time is precious to us and we try to remain focused on our mission of serving South Carolina kids and families facing pediatric cancer. Despite our small size and human focus, we need the tools of a modern office, and BizVox has been a major help to us.
In 2022, we were excited to finally have the opportunity to move into a newer, larger space that would help us expand our services. Our new space had more offices, a conference room, and an activity room for kids and families. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite ready for us at our move date, so we had to move our office not once but twice during that year.
Both times, BizVox was essential in helping us get up and running. Their customer service is prompt and helpful, and I feel like I can always reach someone with our concerns. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and they really went above and beyond for us during this (prolonged) transition! Whenever we have an issue, they are my first stop for questions and always have a solution for us. We are huge fans!“
