Company Story

In 2010, the creator and founder of BizVox, Mike Kreitzer incorporated the business. Leading up to this happy moment, he had been witnessing something in the telecom industry. And with a couple decades of experience in telecom, he didn’t like what he was seeing. Technology and hardware continuing to evolve, while the opposite effect was taking place on the customer service section within the field. The regression of the vital aspect of customer service. Knowing he could build a team at BizVox that could do better. Way better. We’re proud of our team that has a vast experience in telecommunications along with the desire and capability to support our customers from day one through the entire lifecycle with our company.
