The installation techs, Kevin and Everton, were professional and courteous and they did a good job and understood and followed our suggestions for what we wanted the cameras to view. Additionally, the cameras recommended by BizVox/Mike were perfect for viewing–good clarity and viewing angle. BizVox scheduled training for us and tailored it towards learning the interface with the monitor as opposed to using the apps on our cell phones which actually did not work. For us, this was preferred as we didn’t want to to continually have access to video unless we knew of an incident that just occurred. The camera system recommended by BizVox also worked without internet which was a huge factor in our decision making. Overall, a great company to do business with and all the members of the HOA Board felt this way.”
