It’s hard to believe we’re already three weeks into 2024. I mean, I’m still saying “Happy New Year” to people! And as the new year gets quickly underway, one of the topics of conversations in my world has been about your personal word for the year. Getting yourself focused by using a word to set your intentions is a popular tool (One Word for the New Year or One-Word Resolutions).
With a lot of wonderful and inspiring words you can pick from, my word for 2024 is new. I’ve had a lot of new things happen to kick off the year, and want to continue to do, see, try, get, and experience new things. One of my new things already this year just happened to include some new voice and data wiring. And as we all know, communication is key and that means well-planned voice and data wiring is key too.
As discussed in a previous post, “none of your business technology connected devices can work without wiring in place.” Voice and Data Wiring doesn’t just mean having excellent cables installed. Answer YES or NO to these questions about your current business wiring:
- Are your cables properly labeled and organized?
- Do you have all of the network equipment required for your wiring?
- Does your wiring meet quality and safety standards?
- Is your wiring scalable to accommodate future growth?
If you’re unable to answer yes to these questions (or if you’re unsure), think about researching new voice and data wiring ideas.
Before you get too deep into 2024, make sure you and your team are satisfied with your wiring system. And if you’re not, be sure to consult a professional. Get the answers you need to optimize the performance of your voice and data wiring. Operate your business with efficiency and confidence, and we are here to help you achieve this.
